Lucia Galante Johnson is the Owner and Senior Practitioner of Reiki Center. Lucia has served the South Bay as a Reiki Therapist and Master-Teacher for over 20 years.

 

Lucia has studied a variety of Reiki methods, philosophies, and traditions including Sensai in the Japanese Usui lineage to the New Age models.  She is part of the Reiki Association Organization and uses a number of tools in the intuitive healing art to be of service to the individual needs of each client she treats.

She lectures and facilitates workshops at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Beach Cities Health District, the YMCA, the Cancer Support Community Center, and other wellness facilities.

​

She was a former corporate sales/marketing professional with a Fortune 500 company. Lucia did not find satisfaction with the grind of company culture and started her search for meaning in life through the peace of Reiki healing and embracing the philosophy of Eastern medicine such as meditation from India, Pal Dan Gum from Korea, Acupressure from China, and of course Reiki from Japan.

 

Lucia is now active on the speaking circuit promoting the therapeutic benefits of stress management methods such as Reiki to others who are not aware of the benefits of Eastern methodology. She works with both corporations, local organizations, the medical community and holistic community.

Lucia is a former President of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce and the Health and Healing toastmasters.  She has been a featured speaker at The Remedy Pharm.
